Are you Bin Smart?

The County Council, six of the district councils and Veolia Environmental Services, are working together to make sure you know what items to put in your household recycling bin, with the aim of reducing levels of contamination in the recyclable waste stream.

This will help to maximise recycling rates now that the new Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) has opened in Mansfield, as part of the Nottinghamshire Waste PFI Contract.
